Without getting into anything that sounds "legal", let's just summarize that the design guidelines at Wilden describe the characteristics the Design Review Consultant considers prior to approving your new home design. In essence, when we - the Wilden Developer - and our Select Builder Teams follow the building guidelines, your future property value is better protected. And that's a good rule in the playbook of investing in a home and a community.
